Anniversary
Yesterday was Diana’s and my 5th anniversary. Joanna was nice enough to babysit so we could go out to eat. We had trouble picking out a place to go, so we ended up going to Chili’s in Davenport. It wasn’t fancy, but it was good. I had always planned on taking Diana to Ireland for our 5th, but instead we had a baby. We can wait for the 10th for a big trip. Sophia is much better than a trip anyway.
It was a week of firsts for Sophie. She went shopping with Diana and Joanna, and out to lunch at Arbys. I believe she had the roast beef.
This morning Joanna hit the road for Florida. We all went to Village Inn for a going away breakfast. Sophie behaved herself quite well. I imagine we’ll be taking her to breakfast on a lot of weekends.
